The place was very clean and the employees very sweet and professional. The instructions were clear. I had a long and much needed session, so I was grateful for their patience. I would go back again on my own without using a 3rd party. I didn't see an elevator so it didn't look handcap friendly , but I would call to inquire if you are handicapped.

Shalom I was very hesitant about the process, not comfortable with the idea of anything penetrating my rectum...However Eric was very great at relaxing my anxiety, informing me of the process & preparing for the service. During the process I found it was simple, something I did on my own through Eric’s instruction, he wasn’t intrusive, was great at accommodating me and then leaving me to my space. It was a bit irritating, feeling kinda bloated while the stream cleaned me out...Felt like having diarrhea, even afterward still had to use the bathroom. But after all that was done I felt great, rejuvenated and relaxed. Eric & his wife made a great duo and thoroughly explained the importance of watching what you eat afterward, the ramifications of years worth of backed up food, and what’s necessary moving forward. Overall service was 👍🏾 great ‼️ I don’t often do reviews, this a testament to their quality service. In conclusion it wasn’t bad at all, if your like me & have a reluctance/fear of the process don’t worry... The tube doesn’t penetrate very far, and it felt as if it wasn’t even there. All for good health, rest assured.

Excellent service!! Erick and his team are very professional and caring. My Dad has been dealing with severe digestion issues for quite some time. He tried several different types of remedies and medications to no avail. The colonic hydrotherapy sessions are really alleviating the pain he's been dealing with and improving his overall well being. The facility is very clean and ambiance is welcoming. It's great there's a holistic place like this in Astoria. Thank you to Erick, Dana, and Barbie.

Eric and his wife/staff are extremely nice and make you feel really comfortable. Like talking to a friend you knew a long time. He told me everything that I needed to know and was very helpful. I did the hydro colonic therapy, My first time there I didn't really know what to expect. Your in a room alone so you don't have to feel embarrassed. The place is very clean And they are very professional. I felt amazing after the session and I will definitely be back. If your reading this, this is where you need to go!!! the procedure itself isn’t comfortable but the people & the atmosphere def is! Erick & his wife are so lovely & really make you feel very well taken care of. Ive done other colonics before but I like that with this one it’s private & you handle everything on your own, they just guide you through the process prior to starting.

My first experience (on a Monday) I felt alone and I wasn’t educated on how things worked. I called on a Saturday to ask follow up questions and a lady named Barbie answered, she was so knowledgeable and is honestly the only reason that I’ve returned two more times for the colonic and v steam. She had me position a certain way which made the colonic way more effective. I will only be returning on weekends for now on! This place is great if you come on the weekends❤️ Barbie rocks!!

This place is so clean and professional, I am so pleased with my results. I went in for a colonic treatment and the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The owner actually gives such helpful tips and advice, I’m looking forward to my next session to keep my immunity strong for the winter season.
