My name is Erick Benitez, I was born and bred in Astoria. I have always looked to bring new and exciting ventures to the borough that helped raised me. After receiving my first colon Hydrotherapy treatment, I found the results to be so incredibly beneficial that I was absolutely amazed! I noticed that Astoria Queens did not have a Spa of its own. I felt compelled to start a Colon Hydrotherapy Cleansing Spa in Astoria. I decided to go to school and become certified for the hydrotherapy procedures.

Colonies, also known as Colon Hydrotherapy (CHT), high enema or colonic irrigation, is a gentle method of internally cleansing your colon of poisons, gas, and accumulated waste matter, without the use of drugs or chemicals.

The ladies who work here were so sweet! So helpful too. The owner Eric, was really helpful on the phone as well. The entire family is just so kind! I will definitely be coming back and bringing some friends with me too. I did the hydro colonic therapy , didn’t even get dirty like I thought I would. It was so easy and I feel GREAT.
